My approach is flexible and collaborative, I draw from different therapeutic modalities depending on what feels like the best fit for you. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma or abuse, ADHD, BPD-or even just symptoms that you don’t have a root cause or understanding of- you don’t have to face it alone.
